Amazon, eBay and Shopify. Listings, orders and inventory sync across all three. Amazon Brand Analytics, Sales & Traffic, automated repricing and settlement reconciliation are available for connected Amazon Seller Central accounts.
Through each platform's official OAuth / API authorization — Login with Amazon (Selling Partner API) for Amazon, eBay's official API authorization for eBay, and Shopify's official OAuth for Shopify. We never ask for your marketplace passwords, we never ask you to share credentials, and we never scrape storefronts.
For Amazon, SmartSellerSync is built to handle these Selling Partner API roles (subject to the roles you authorize): Product Listing, Pricing, Amazon Fulfillment, Buyer Communication, Buyer Solicitation, Selling Partner Insights, Finance and Accounting, Inventory and Order Tracking, Amazon Warehousing and Distribution and Brand Analytics. eBay and Shopify connections use each platform's official APIs for listings, orders and inventory.
For Amazon search query performance, market basket, repeat purchase and item comparison reports, yes — Amazon restricts those to brand-registered sellers, and the authorizing account must be internal to the brand. Sales & Traffic, listings, orders, inventory, pricing and finance all work without it. eBay and Shopify listings, orders and inventory do not require Brand Registry.
No. Your data is never aggregated, benchmarked, resold or disclosed to any other customer or third party. SmartSellerSync does not build cross-seller datasets and does not publish insights about Amazon's, eBay's or Shopify's business.
Personally identifiable information is retained no longer than 30 days after order delivery, except where required by law or for tax purposes, and is then permanently deleted. Aggregate performance data is retained for the life of your account so your historical charts stay intact.
Encrypted in transit with TLS 1.2+ and at rest with AES-256. Access is role-based and limited by job function, with multi-factor authentication enforced on all internal accounts. We maintain a documented incident response plan covering monitoring, detection and response.
Revoke SmartSellerSync's authorization at any time from each platform's app management page (Seller Central Manage Your Apps for Amazon; the equivalent settings for eBay and Shopify). We stop all API calls for that connection immediately and purge related data on revocation.
