SmartSellerSync Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how INFINITYCHOICES LLC ("we", "us") handles data when you use SmartSellerSync with Amazon, eBay and Shopify. SmartSellerSync is operated by INFINITYCHOICES LLC.
Last updated: July 14, 2026
1. Who we are
SmartSellerSync is operated by INFINITYCHOICES LLC, a limited liability company registered in the United States, with its principal place of business at 5830 E 2ND ST, CASPER, WYOMING 82609. INFINITYCHOICES LLC is the contracting party for SmartSellerSync. Contact us at support@smartsellersync.com.
2. What we collect
We collect account data you give us when you request access or contact us (name, business email, company, store name, platforms, marketplaces, SKU count and related details). We collect Amazon Information through the Selling Partner API under the roles you authorize, and eBay / Shopify account data through each platform's official APIs under your authorization. We also collect technical logs needed to operate and secure the service (IP address, timestamps, request metadata).
3. Amazon Information
Amazon Information is retrieved only through the official Amazon Selling Partner API, using OAuth authorization you grant from Seller Central. We do not scrape Amazon storefronts and we do not purchase Amazon data from brokers.
SmartSellerSync is built to handle the following Amazon SP-API roles for the authorizing Selling Partner (subject to the roles granted at authorization):
Product Listing
Create and manage product listings, including A+ content.
Pricing
Determine list prices and automate product pricing.
Amazon Fulfillment
Ship to Amazon, and Amazon ships directly to customer. Includes Fulfillment by Amazon.
Buyer Communication
Manage messaging to and from Amazon buyers.
Buyer Solicitation
Solicit Amazon buyers for feedback.
Selling Partner Insights
View information about the Amazon Selling Partner account and performance.
Finance and Accounting
Produce account and financial statements. Does not include information required to generate tax invoices.
Inventory and Order Tracking
Analyze and manage inventory. Does not include information required to generate shipping labels.
Amazon Warehousing and Distribution
Analyze and manage AWD shipments and inventory. Generally used for interacting with AWD inventory information and shipment details.
Brand Analytics
Access your sales and inventory data to manage your Amazon Retail business.
eBay and Shopify data (listings, orders, inventory and related account data) is retrieved only through each platform's official APIs under your authorization. The same no-scrape, no-broker, no-resale rules apply.
4. How we use it
We use your data solely to provide SmartSellerSync to the customer who authorized us on Amazon, eBay and/or Shopify. We do not use marketplace data to build cross-seller datasets, benchmarks, or market intelligence, and we do not calculate or publish insights about the health of Amazon's, eBay's or Shopify's business.
5. Sharing
Amazon, eBay and Shopify data is not shared with, sold to, or disclosed to any third party. We do not aggregate data across customers or Selling Partners.
6. Retention
Personally identifiable information obtained through marketplace APIs is retained no longer than 30 days after order delivery, except where a longer period is required by law or for tax purposes, and is then permanently deleted. Aggregate performance data is retained for the life of your account so your historical charts stay intact.
7. Security
Technical and organizational controls are described on our Security page, including TLS 1.2+ in transit, AES-256 at rest, and role-based access.
8. Your rights
You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your data by contacting support@smartsellersync.com. You can revoke SmartSellerSync's authorization at any time from each platform's app management settings (including Manage Your Apps in Amazon Seller Central); we stop all API calls for that connection immediately and purge related data on revocation.
9. Incidents
Security incidents affecting Amazon Information are reported to affected Selling Partners and to security@amazon.com in line with Amazon's Data Protection Policy. Incidents affecting eBay or Shopify data are reported to affected customers under the same incident response process.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated to active accounts.
